IT outsourcing (ITO)
VTC will offshore/offsite Develop the Enterprise software which includes changes requests. Most of these types of Clients might not longer maintain their development team or have already signed up Application Management with third party vendor. Clients pay a value to the Development works delivered at the offshore center. In certain cases, especially for Banking industries, VTC professionals will work onsite at Client premises due to security issues. Normally such offshore/onsite/offsite development contract are outsource by International consulting firm to VTC
Application Management (AM)
VTC will maintain the application software for clients which include Enterprise software such as SIEBEL, SAP, ORACLE, Peoplesoft, MS SQL, Exchange and other suit of Products, it also includes custom build software used on Enterprise level. Client pays VTC at a contract value to support the Applications. VTC normally will maintain a few subject expert matter professionals to supports and share across few clients.
Infrastructure Management (IM)
VTC will maintain the hardware, network equipments and operating systems which include backup, disasters recovery. Client pays VTC at a contract value of supporting the system. VTC normally will maintain a few subject expert matter professionals to supports and share across few clients.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
This will be a smaller portion of VTC business which will cover payroll, claims, tax management for professionals, documentation management, human resource management, help desk & call center management. The fees charge to clients is based on transacted values. VTC will maintain a team on Financial personnel & system to support the clients. |
